Returns & Exchanges

At Tom's Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip. Ensure all designer tags and hygiene seals are still intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
